Rental Period & Additional Fees
· Includes up to 2 weeks rental time
· $75/day or $250/week for additional set time
· $65 per ton over listed weight limit
· $50 fee for Same Place Swap
· Possible $100 winter chain-up fee (driver discretion based on conditions)
· $20 per tire (must be declared and placed on top)
· $25 roll-off discount when rented with a portable restroom
Credit card required on file. Card is charged on delivery day. On-property waiver must be signed prior to delivery.

Heavy materials such as manure, concrete, logs and scrap metal are limited to a 15-yard container only.

- Wet paint or stains
- Car batteries
- Propane, gasoline, oil
- Animal carcasses
- Light bulbs
- Chemicals or flammable liquids
- TVs, computers, electronics
- Automotive fluids
- Refrigerators/freezers with freon
- Medical Waste (needles, medications, bodily fluids)
Other restrictions may apply – please ask before disposing of unusual items.
Loading Tips
To maximize your container space and avoid overage charges:
- Break down furniture and bulky items
- Cut logs into smaller sections
- Disassemble hot tubs and large appliances
- Distribute weight evenly
